卸妆油是最适合拿来卸妆的，即使是油性肌肤也适合。

这个视频大概2分钟，是我每天卸妆的过程。除了洗脸冲水的过程加速了，其它的部分都是原本的速度，卸妆要在2分钟内完成，不要让卸妆油停留在脸上太久，手法要轻柔。当然最重要的是冲水多几次，把油腻感冲掉，接着就要用洗脸霜洗脸。

我是酒糟肌啊～ 😓 在遇见ElsaGusa 之前，我的脸比猴子的屁股还红，开学第一天老师说第一眼就看到我，因为我的脸很红😩 除了眼圈以外的地方，其它都会泛红，近看的话可以看到好多小疹子，有时候会很痒。

酒糟肌真的会让人很困扰，那些小疹子可能一个晚上突然冒出很多，然后需要1-2个礼拜慢慢不见掉。很多原因造成它的出现，尤其是月经前、出油量高、天气很热、戴口罩闷着、吃辣/烫的食物等等。

用了ElsaGusa之后皮肤很稳定，虽然偶尔会有脸泛红的时候，但我已经知道该怎么去应对。这也是我要去帮助别人的原因，因为皮肤问题是可以舒缓的。

During a consultation the other day, a girl asked me, “Why did my redness go away after using ElsaGusa for just two weeks, but your face still gets red?”

Well… I have rosacea-prone skin 😓 Before I discovered ElsaGusa, my face was redder than a monkey’s bottom. On the first day of school, the teacher said they noticed me right away—because my whole face was flushed, except for the circles around my eyes. Up close, you could see tiny bumps everywhere, and sometimes it was unbearably itchy.

Rosacea can be really frustrating. Those little bumps can suddenly flare up overnight and take one to two weeks to calm down. There are so many triggers—especially before my period, when my skin gets oily, in hot weather, when wearing a mask for too long, or after eating spicy or hot foods.

After using ElsaGusa, my skin has become much more stable. Sure, I still get the occasional redness, but now I know how to manage it. That’s why I want to help others—because skin issues can be soothed.

I’ve also tried treatments for Demodex mites—I’ll share more about that another time!

And lastly, I just want to thank my friends. They never distanced themselves from me because of my skin. Instead, they chose to be around me because of my cheerful and optimistic spirit. That means the world to me. 💛
